1. Refund Policy
- Eligibility: Refunds are available for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
- Timeframe: Refunds will be processed within 3 to 4 business days.
- Process:
- Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
- Send a clear image or video of the issue to our customer support team.
- After verification, the refund will be credited to your original payment method.
- Non-Refundable Items: Custom-made items, used products, and damages caused by the customer are not eligible for refunds.
2. Return Policy
- Returns are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Customers must arrange return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
3. Exchange & Replacement Policy
- Exchange or replacement requests must be made within 5 to 7 days of delivery.
- Eligible reasons:
- Wrong product received
- Product damaged during transit
- Size or variant mismatch (if applicable)
- Customers must notify our support team within 24-48 hours of receiving the item.
4. Important Notes
- Final decision on refunds, returns, and replacements is at the discretion of Pooja Point.
- If the product is out of stock, a full refund or store credit will be issued.
- Sale items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless damaged.
